Great remote setup but lacks mentorship and guidance - UX/UI Designer Intern bei MSD: Mitarbeiterbewertung

My expectations for working at this company were not met. When I applied for the internship, I expected to learn from experienced designers and receive guidance. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. In my team, there didn't seem to be anyone with strong professional design expertise who could mentor me. I didn't receive feedback on my work or support in understanding the internal processes. Instead, I was left to handle complex and often confusing projects on my own.
