-Highly regarded in the industry -Incredibly intelligent folks in research -good local office culture with many events for employees

-Arbitrary mandatory in-office days. Told we are being "closely monitored." -unattainable sales targets despite market comps and feedback. Blame when those targets are not met. -Bureaucratic culture makes it hard to advance in the company unless you sit in NY near the leaders or are loud enough to be heard. -Bonus' are not a large part of compensation despite sales culture. -talks about bringing on young talent but then lay-off junior staff the second earnings are down -2-week paternity leave policy is not in line with company "values"

Days in the office are determined by managers, if you feel your days are arbitrary please let your HRG know. We do not monitor in office presence other than to manage our physical space and for safety reasons – we operate on the basis of trust. We also constantly review our benefits and paid leave allowances, and remain highly competitive. We encourage anyone who feels they are not getting the support they need to speak up - either to their manager or their local HR representative. In addition, our Engagement Surveys provide a platform to give anonymous feedback to managers.
