We do not monitor in office presence other than to manage our physical space and for safety reasons – we operate on the basis of trust. We also constantly review our benefits and paid leave allowances, and remain highly competitive. We encourage anyone who feels they are not getting the support they need to speak up - either to their manager or their local HR representative. In addition, our Engagement Surveys provide a platform to give anonymous feedback to managers.
