This is one firm who will pay you well...you dont have to negotiate Technology is at extreme advanced level. Many new things in market get implemented here. Multiple events happening through out the year that keeps employee engaged. Opportunities to get relocated.

Biased people at management level. HR policies are mostly on paper. Employee-Manager engagement happens when deadline is close. Goals are set only to be put in system and work does not flow with it. Firing is rampant. No job security. Work life balance is mixed. Depends on which team you are in as well as on your Manager.
