Our training provision is constantly evolving, and we continue to build on it as our talent needs and profiles develop. For example, last year after conducting a deep dive of our engagement data, we identified the manager behaviours that enable employees to do their best work, innovate, collaborate and develop their careers. We introduced LeaderShift, a new development programme for our VP managers, and have shaped innovation and inclusion activities based on direct feedback from our employees.
