Poor basic pay. Stale products, people/culture, office Culture was overly US-oriented Siloed approach to collaboaration. Years behind AI adoption. Growth largely through aquisitions only. Yes people succeed.

Pros

Nothing positive remaining: Mass layoffs done with no plan - management shocked laid off employees are not staying through their notice date. The knowledgable resources are stretched way too thin - off shore resources and managers have given up on trying to learn or do anything on their own. Product quality continues to decline due to product team resources that understood the product being laid off. Managers being given more products and teams to manage as laid off managers leave with no time for handover or transition plan.

Morale is at an all time low. New global department leader has been hiding in his office since layoff announcements were made. He is completely insensitive to employees feelings during all hands meeting with half the room on the layoff list. Gushing over his yes man lacky while providing no direction or future direction to the department. Suggesting that those being laid off recommend MRI as a good place to work. Spending company money on a bougie catered lunch after company tells hundreds of resources their roles are being eliminated.
