      There were some very kind people who worked in management, but they could not help you when Monte Black attacked you because they were afraid of turning his attention on them.

      Monte Black was an absolute terror in the office. He yelled at people, cursed at them, threw things at them, and loved ordering women to do things he KNEW weren't in their job descriptions, but felt they were 'women's tasks.' The 'good old boy' mentality is alive and well, at MPW

      Nothing good to say about this job besides the fact that you get to work alongside Kenworth employees

      The job is disgusting and filthy. They hire anybody because they’re supposedly a second chance company. The problem with that is they do not pay with that job is worth people are severely overworked and underpaid. Management sucks. Search poor leadership everyone so childish. It’s just a terrible place to work.
