- Plenty of learning opportunities, especially on the infrastructure side of things - Good department heads and teams - Plenty of people with lots of experience - Paid OT that's managed by prod in a way that minimises the burden and impact on people's lives - A lot of women in creative leadership roles. A very inclusive environment without making any fuss about it of expecting credit.
