Pros
A lot of hard-working nice people work there. Because MPC is big, they have been getting good projects to work on, at least up to now.
Kontras
A hire-and-fire company. Really high turnover throughout artist teams, support teams and management. They don't value people. Processes are very rigid. Innovation is discouraged. 'Evolve' initiative is actually a regression to old-fashioned practices. Insular culture; you mustn't express different views or you'll be terminated (with minimal notice.) They also get rid of crew on short notice just to reduce costs. Profit is the only goal.
