Pros

Mostly a good culture. Good perks. Fabulous Peers Interesting product. MOO is a great place to work if you just want to get on and do some work which is interesting and challenging with some incredibly talented and driven peers.

Kontras

Stupid, stupid politics. HR struggle to understand the technology side of the business and make bad decisions because of it. Little career progression. Goals and vision meaningless in the context of day-to-day work. MOO is a bad place to work if you have any seniority and want to get actually get stuff done without dealing with senior management/C-Level politics.

Pros

Supportive management and welcoming hiring team, The management and hiring team are incredibly friendly and approachable. They have a thoughtful and well-structured onboarding process that makes new hires feel welcomed and helps them get acquainted with the company quickly. It really sets a positive tone from day one.

Pros

I loved this job but their systems are breaking and things were falling through the cracks more than ever and I definitely felt it. I was let go and morale was honestly in the toilet for me. It made me realize I deserved better. - lovely people within my team and similar departments - hybrid work from home environment - structured work days

Kontras

- limited room to grow with changing systems and standards. it felt like you weren't allowed to grow due to lack of time, people and energy. -if you aren't useful anymore they'll just get rid of you and start over by outsourcing their operations to Cape Town - ungraceful in the delivery of bad news by HR and senior management. - senior management felt messy and focused on protecting themselves and the brand
