No cons, I enjoy the people and workflow.

This company has brought on new people over the course of time that say their aim is to make it a better place and improve the attitude of outlook of everyone there. It's a slow process, but while working there, I did see significant improvements in company moral and sales.

That being said, this place is like a revolving door. Don't expect to make anywhere close to the average salary of other people in the field. When they say "family environment", they mean, don't get offended by my (often) sexist jokes. There is an inner circle atmosphere that makes it hard to ever see yourself working your way the company ladder. They seem to reward some of the more negative managers and no one really takes responsibility when someone drops the ball. It's like every man for himself.
