If you want your professional confidence chipped down over the years, particularly if you're a female in a 'naturally male environment', want to see people you work with being bullied out of the company by those in higher positions (if the Chairman doesn't like you, you have no chance), want to see no issues being addressed by HR who only have their own interests at heart and don't follow their own written procedures, then MLM could be the company for you. The turnover of staff should ring alarm bells that something is wrong here.
