This support includes tuition assistance of up to $1,400 per credit and up to $28,000 per year towards additional or advanced degrees and College loan repayment assistance of up to $5,400 (lifetime maximum) toward student debt incurred before joining MITRE. Similar to many other companies, MITRE has evolved its flexible work program to ensure employees have opportunities to connect and innovate while also having the flexibility to accommodate their various personal and professional needs. We’re proud to offer a flex-time program that allows staff to flex their 80-hour pay-period time as needed with a minimum of only 50% of their time required in an office setting.
