Great colleagues and values, but lacking alignment - Marketing bei MIT: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Lots of shakeups at MIT Open Learning recently with many in leadership roles leaving and not much communication about who is leaving or why. There is also a lack of alignment between the various departments and DLCs, because everything is pretty siloed. Management is bad at communicating expectations for advancement, with the ladder to promotion being unclear.
