      Salaries are consistent with similar positions at other companies in the area. PTO is good and the healthcare plans are very good.

      A lot of bureaucracy. Hard to get promoted. They “reorg” regularly.

      I would say that they have an outdated technology and IT department that is not agile and evolving at the same pace as the market.

      Work-life balance, lots of exciting projects in power market field. With the solar, battery and large load integration. Colleagues are generally supportive.

      Less competitive environment, many layers of management.
