casual dress code, most of the people were pretty cool (excluding management), made some friends, rarely have to stay late or come in early.

no room for growth, underpaid, CEO and management had favorites and it was very obvious, men were treated very differently than the women, no "team" culture - more every person for themselves, no morals or ethics to speak of.
