Pros

Used to be really good. Now with the new management, there is not a lot anymore. They're only fixated on getting surveys done and winning awards for diversity and inclusion or best place to work. But do not be fooled by these.

- Bad culture. Toxic. Politics. - Bad salary structure. Increments are non-existent. Lower than market pay. - Bad promotions policy. Favoritism. - Bad management: senior leadership is missing. MD is a dictator. - No retention policy. - No checks and balances on bad managers / directors.
