Run away - Landscape Designer bei MESA Design Group: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Poor communication, younger staff is blamed for any negative that happens, management spends a lot of time chit chatting with each other instead of working. Difficult to get timely feedback from them. I don't understand why they have a good diversity score because the diversity here is junior staff. They do not appear to promote minorities.
