Easy interview. Relatively good salary for the experience level.

The management style is very poor, the manager acts in a very unprofessional manner, trying to micromanage everything. They only take their opinion into matter and disregard even the team leaders opinions when setting targets and deadlines. There are no actual experience to be earned and you learn very little. There are no development opportunities as most of the employees are in the same role and the only role above it is a team leader. The management used to be flexible, but have since started to use time off and WFH as punishments for not meeting expectations. No visibility with management. Management will always treat you like a new hire because they don't bother to even remember you even if you are a top performer.

The work hours are relatively flexible.

The work environment can be toxic.
