You get to say you work in the space industry If you were able to negotiate, you could get a decent salary and benefits

Go look at the leadership page: it’s almost entirely the exact same demo. And it shows in the way that they run the organization. The antiquated way of thinking, the “because I said so” leadership style and the inherent lack of trust in employees is just tragic. Even in snowstorms you’re expected to drive up to office. To do your job on the laptop that you carry with you! People managers are actually given data on when their team clocks in and out. Leadership thinks employees have a problem with the hybrid schedule. We don’t. We hate the rigidity.
