Poor leaders and no future - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei MDA: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This company use to be one of the better organizations, during the last 10 years has deteriorated to one of the worst place, low morale . The current group president does nothing to elevate morale. The company expects its clients to spend money to do R&D. MDA does not invest in maturing a lot of great technologies and IP. Considering this company was a leader in space robotics with more than 25 years of logistics and sustaining contract. Nothing was re invested for the next generation of space robotics. To much managers, leaders, Vice President and not much engineers to execute jobs. This place is a disaster waiting to employee.
