Good Environment, but too much work for not enough pay - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei MCL: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Pay is not competitive at all. i work my tail off and make the same amount as the person who sits there texting the whole time. No raise after 90 days for teens. All of my adult coworkers have been evaluated and most have been given at least a $1 raise. Even some who haven't been there for 90 days. No job description. I was originally going to be dishroom and floor server, but iIam usually dishroom, fry cook, veg cook, or whatever else they need me for and they expect you to do things with little to no training.
