The work hour were consistent. Paid Holidays.

They "technically-ed" me out of my sign-on bonus after six months. After three months they implemented a new system that was more than one person could handle. I voiced this and no help was offered or arrangements to hire new people. I would get berated when my line got backed up because the system didn't work and one person wasn't enough. Benefits offered were garbage.
