management that divides, management that removes responsibility and disempowers employees, lot's of little empire builders, management is too institutionalised , not enough new senior manager from outside, massive amounts of nepotism. Blame culture, toxic approach to salary. Very secretive, offers pay rises in $ per hour instead of overal annual percentage (eg 50 cent pay rise, verses saying a 0.6% rise). Rely heavily on overtime to get work done. No real method of feedback. Safety is seen as an inconvenience. when employing they promise the world but 6 months later you realise none of it will ever happen.
