Pros
The first six years I was able to achieve a lot on the finishing side of things. I was sent overseas to train employees in other countries. After several years of motivation and determination I was finally accepted into the Digital department where I learned to run the HP indigo 6800.
Kontras
Unnecessarily micro-managed from new management who had no digital printing background and did not have working knowledge of presses. Kept being pulled off of press to run other machines that I was not certified on. Was told I would get my level 1 HP certification but it never came to pass. Overall it was not a very positive experience, especially near the end. It was this experience alone that made me realize I will no longer work in print manufacturing.
