Our leadership won’t give us any info about anything like sick days or even what holidays we get paid for, or any other benefits for that matter. Can’t even see an employee handbook. We were given a shutdown schedule (unpaid) for Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years saying we were going to have a bunch of days off but so far at the last minute they changed their minds and pretty much took those days away. A lot of people made plans and they don’t care.
