- Vacation/PTO not competitive - 401K is average (50% match up to first 6% only) - No paternity leave; maternity leave only if qualified with disability (none company paid, none for adoption) - No Corporate giving or volunteer program - Green efforts often seem second priority - Because the company is growing, there can be ambiguity. However, this is also the beauty. If you want to work hard and be part of the growth you will find this to be more of a benefit - Sometimes feels like it is hard to push change forward / takes a long time
