this is a dead end job every time. they do not train you, and they treat you like you are in kinderagarten (micro managing like crazy). Management is always accusing you of not doing your job and it is up to you to defend yourself or you risk beginning a disciplinary process- very stressful. It is a meaningless job where you do not communicate with another living soul for eight hours. Very low pay as well ( like $14.00 hourly) The rich keep getting rich and the poor stay poor
