They took our health insurance benefits away, any "holiday" or "vacation" pay is only dispersed in 8-hour increments when we actually work 12-hour shifts, poor on-site MAU management, you only get "recognized" when you make a mistake, you're treated like a child, when one person does something wrong, everyone gets punished for that person's mess-up
