If you need a job take it. The company is like any other large company so therefore benefits and everything else is standard.

Staffing company to the government! ManTech loves to claim that they offers solutions, but at the end of the day the company just loves to put bodies in chairs. Also be aware that company reorganizations and turnover can hurt your career chances. ManTech is subject to anything the government client wants and desires. Your career is based on the length of your government contract. ManTech doesn't know how to maintain top talent.
