Pros
Flexible hours, pretty good benefits, average pay, company does a good job holding clearances, some pretty interesting customers. It seems like they are trying to resolve the communication issues that keep reoccurring and the company will definitely do their best to find you a new position if they lose a contract or if you lose coverage.
Kontras
The company is still working through the purchase of some other contracting companies and therefore restructuring is non-stop. Also, no one really knows what is in the company's portfolio and who to go to for what type of work. They definitely need to do 360 degree reviews (some people _really_ need feedback), corporate/senior management communication really needs some work, and training is hit or miss (and depends on how hard your manager wants to fight for you or if your contract requires training).
