Originally involved in a merger which is how i ended up working at this company, however we did our research before and were skeptical, the last year however proved all fears as it has been a minefield of navigating politics from both staff on site and with management, at every turn there has been management either seemingly holding grudges, or just generally management working against each other. We have had managerial visits in which management talks about each other behind their backs or avoids us, we constantly get berated for not doing something according to ever changing standards and do not get any supposed benefits outside of an employee support line which whilst nice, is not something i nor my colleagues have used, our previous company gave us discounts on supermarkets/online shopping, cycle to work etc, this company has had none of that.
