Flexible work hours and positive culture. Bosses are understanding towards associates' family priorities .

Politics among the territorial thin-skinned people in management. Many had left these 2 years. Lack of resources. Stressful numbers to meet every month.

Thank you for your feedback! I am sorry to hear that there are some territorial thin-skinned people in management. I agree that we do have a fast-paced and KPI-driven culture and it might not be for everybody. I thank you for your positive feedback that the bosses are understanding towards associates' family priorities. At the end of the day, we believe that family always comes first and we want to always do our best to support our associates in ways that we can. no bonus, pure commission very flat hierarchy typical of an SME one manager who was quite toxic and micromanaged everyone except himself. he never hit his targets but breathed down his team members’ necks on theirs.
