Pros

- Surrounded by really smart people who have a real passion for AI (for example, our team runs regular AI research paper review sessions during work hours, where we explore interesting recent advances in AI) - Working hard yields rewards - I feel like when I work hard the extra effort is always recognised - Opportunities to explore ideas with great management - I always feel like I can bring up any new idea to my managers and they will take the time to consider it / help build upon it / potentially allocate me some time to give it a go - Great progression - I feel like I am able to develop my career fast, and am given many opportunities to take myself out of my comfort zone - Nice office

Kontras

- Occasionally, you may need to work a bit out-of hours (e.g. extra half-hour after work), but really not by much.

Pros

Had a great team around me which made it fun to come to work everyday and a great management team that was supportive and reliable when needed.

Kontras

young company so a lot of responsibility to take on however gives you a lot of experience and helps you grow faster

Pros

None, maybe travel and the trauma bonding

Kontras

⭐☆☆☆☆ I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The company operates in an attractive market, but the product falls short of competitors and the GTM strategy only makes things worse. Leadership lacks a clear vision, there is little to no marketing support, and sales is expected to make up for fundamental business issues. The culture is very much hire and fire. Instead of developing employees or addressing systemic problems, people are quickly replaced. Turnover is high, morale is low, and there is very little confidence in leadership. Compensation is below market for the expectations, and the support needed to be successful simply isn’t there. It’s frustrating because the opportunity in this market is enormous, but poor leadership and a broken GTM strategy prevent the company from reaching its potential. If you’re considering joining, do your research on employee tenure, turnover, and leadership before accepting an offer. I would stay away.
