Toxic work environment. Stress for stress' sake (this comes from the top on down) like it's a sport. Lip service is paid to development programs without follow-through, investment or support when help is requested. Distinct pattern of getting rid of long-term employees (internal goal, closely held: "get younger" aka age discrimination). Internal tagline: "Make Lumentum a great place to work." It never was, never will be under this management. Toxic as hell.
