      About 100 employees who are from all over the world were working together, great multicultural team work. Enjoyed flight benefits.

      Re-located to Philippines to reduce cost. Shifted working hours 8am -10pm. Too short lunch and tea break. Rotating desk.

      Stressful work because of dealing with angry, impatient, or stranded airline passengers. Rigid call monitoring, strict performance metrics, and highly regimented break schedules (e.g., exactly 30 minutes).
