- The studio is growing a lot at the moment, and there were a few hiccups in organization & creative vision management, but they were always temporary. - Beware, the direction might have an authoritarian vibe, especially in tense moments. However the reinforcement in the lead departments helps making the team's vision and approaches be heard and pass through easily.
