Pros
From day one I've felt trusted and empowered. I feel like I can do my best work and I am encouraged to grow and develop. Everyone here is supportive and open to giving and receiving feedback. We all want the business to succeed. With a small but growing company, there are a lot of opportunities to take on different types of challenging tasks and responsibilities.
Kontras
The only con I can think of is connected to the age of the company. Being a start-up / scale-up, internal structure and processes are still being built. However, getting to take part in building things and having an impact on decisions is something that makes this less of a con and more of a pro really.
