This company is not what it used to be unfortunately.
Most people want the best, but poor management and competing priorities and processes are such a barrier in actually doing business.
The wrong people are getting let go and some of the people who are still at the company are not doing their jobs properly or successfully. It's a real morale killer and it leads to confusion and anger.
Some of the team are also creating a toxic culture, from management to sales to people & culture. It's just constant people blaming and no real answers. Just more powerpoint presentations and no actual substance.
The sales process is ridiculous and the real problems are internal, not external. Walls and thresholds are created for no reason other than someone decided to without really thinking it through. When playbooks don't work, change the playbook. Stop creating more barriers and minimums, it's counterintuitive to new business when there is real competition.
Nothing is going to change unless real and difficult decisions are made.
