-good location, easy access -big studio

-poor management -never got paid, they keep hiring new teachers and ask them to "train" for two weeks with no pay. During my "training" I meet more and more training teachers every day. Then we finally all realize that's how they work, free teachers and each stay a week or two.

you can work with your schedule, weekend, evenings

pay could be higher because alot of time goes into planning lessons.
