Honestly they're not unlike any other call center. Happy hour on Fridays, free breakfast on Mondays.
Kontras
A bit micromanaged, but you'll get over it. They'll turn and burn you, hopefully you can learn something before they let you go, hopefully you'll last long enough to pad your resume for your next spot.
