Worst employer experience - Front Desk Receptionist bei Looksie Optometry: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I've always wondered why the turnover rate was high at this company. Having worked for Dr Amy Tran, I must say, is the WORST experience of my life. You are constantly berated and micromanaged. The training period is brief and inconsistent. You are expected to learn office protocols that change depending on who you are working with to benefit the company and upsell customers ($$$) even breaking insurance policy regulations. The employer is incapable of trusting competent employees but expects them to work outside their job description. PLEASE BEWARE.
