If you enjoy being overworked, underpaid, and utterly disregarded, this is the place for you.

Longevity Partners is a textbook example of everything wrong with corporate culture. The CEO is an entitled, detached figurehead who is more concerned with expanding his ego than leading a functional company. Leadership is virtually nonexistent, with decisions made from a place of arrogance rather than strategy or empathy. Employees are stretched beyond their limits, with workloads that are unreasonable and unsustainable. Despite promises of growth, there is little to no opportunity for advancement, either vertically or horizontally. The only thing that grows here is your resentment. The company’s complete disregard for work-life balance is appalling. You are expected to work well beyond standard hours with no additional compensation, often pushing 60+ hour weeks. New projects are piled on without consideration of the already overwhelming workloads, and the pressure to meet impossible deadlines is relentless. There is no respect for the personal time or well-being of employees. The company’s supposed “supportive” environment is nothing more than a facade. There is no real training, no support, and certainly no appreciation for the work that gets done under these extreme conditions. The retention rate is abysmal. The best and brightest quickly realize the mistake they’ve made and leave as soon as possible.

Pros

Great company to work for with lots of flexibility. Management team is attentive to younger staff and lots of opportunities for career growth if you put the time and effort in.

The business was fundamentally flawed as it relied on the same "burn and churn" method of the big 4, taking young and eager college grads and burning them out in under 2 years through a combination of low pay, poor benefits, and high workload. Same recipe but without the name recognition, leading to very high staff turnover and downstream negative impacts on the business. This was the fundamental issue during my time in the business, I hope it has improved as the mission is important and for the sake of those that stayed.
