Pros

- Good benefits - Great work life balance - Friendly coworkers and management - Fairly clean code and process

Kontras

- Below market rate pay and unwilling to change - Lot of churn caused by not raising pay and hiring junior developers constantly - Lots of babysitting. Required to come into the office 2 days per week. Not allowed to bring your own mouse/keyboard to the office. Have to work from remote desktop if you're not in office.

Pros

Great corporate culture. Everybody above me in the chain of command, including the owner, is intelligent and treats people with respect. I wish that I had come here 20 years earlier. They invest in their people rather than treating us as number.

Kontras

Employment is mostly limited to the Cincinnati area, which is fine for me.

Pros

Nearly everyone at the company is kind and helpful. The room for growth is there if you take it. Company culture is the best I have seen in Cincinnati.

Kontras

Disconnect between departments. Major improvements needed in workflows and processes. Sometimes it does not pay off to work harder than others here.
