LCS lacks the professionalism and culture that one should expect to find in a truly great company. For example, I witnessed the CIO literally yell at a room filled with all of the developers once because the software was not at the level prematurely promised to customers at the annual convention. Training in the technology (actual programming training) required to do your job is nonexistent. However, know that you WILL work long hours at LCS frequently just to meet the extremely aggressive estimates completed before adequate knowledge exists about what work is required. You WILL be held to those estimates. Your extra effort will not be noticed or appreciated. It often feels as though you are set up to fail.
Additionally, managers frequently stand around openly ridiculing interviews that they completed, former employees and even other current employees and managers. Extremely unprofessional behavior that I have never seen before.
Turnover is a revolving door for a reason. This is not a "great place to work".
