      Kontras

      Lots of management shifts, can be pretty fast paced, outdated CRM, some clunky processes can cause communication barriers between roles and products (though management seems to be aware and making changes to help this)

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.
