Lots of support from management. 1:1 and group training. Room for quick growth and advancement. Compensation is great as you advance. Work-life balance is HUGE. Great benefits. Positive work culture and engaging virtual team culture. Our management is open to feedback for growth and better culture experience.
Kontras
Our in office (events) are non-existent. And I miss getting together with people on the east coast and wish we had these back every quarter. The "start-up" feel is no longer there, which kept the work environment more vibrant.
