Pros
If you land a job here (yes, this is a highly-selective firm), you’ll be lucky enough to work with some of the most intelligent, capable and forward-thinking individuals. You’ll be challenged to think in new ways and pushed (hard), but that’s expected when you operate at the very top of Fortune 200 companies. Personally, I find the culture at LDS to be driven, curious, mature, collaborative and supportive. In addition to many strong working relationships, I have mentors across the firm that I engage with regularly on my performance and career.

If you’re big on titles or the size of the team you manage, this is not the place for you. Nor is it if you’re too seasoned to change. People that do well here are hungry to learn, grow, and solve interesting and incredibly complex problems day in and day out.
