The company management is full of shameless, dishonest, and stupid people. They dont care about employee at all. There was a time when they were not paying salary for 2 months and reduce salary of employee, and none of the person from management(CEO, HR) would pick your phone. if you resign they will ask to buy out because they will pay others salary from your buy-out amount. Also forget about PF amount that they deduct. don't know where that amount goes. forget about PF amount, you cant be sure if your details in PF is correct or not. They also hired fresher without giving any offer letter and with paying salary saying they will not pay but they will provide experience letter.

* Lack of a consistent vision; work done over weeks or months is often discarded and restarted from scratch. *No career growth opportunities currently. * Very strict attendance policy enforced through a face-recognition system with rigid check-in and check-out timings. * Salary payments become irregular over time, especially for long-term employees. * Employees may receive partial or no salary based on internally defined salary disbursal formulas. * No formal communication or notification regarding appraisal cycles. * Leave policy is extremely restrictive, with leaves accrued in very small fractions (e.g., 0.5 per month), making them difficult to use due to organization policy.
