Claim insurance is paid by the employer, but cost of insurance is negotiated as a part of salary. Was told no weekend work, but was forced to work weekends and holidays without overtime pay. Will not allow other competing contract companies or clients to interview or hire you. Not all employees have the same benefits. Some have 401k matching, others do not.
