Terrible management who treat team members poorly, when they don’t understand the persons job role. Management has a lack of understanding of job roles and the specific skill sets that those carrying out the roles have. Beware if you accept a fix-term-contract as they will get rid of you within that year. Some managers are bully’s and make the working environment extremely unpleasant.
